Well, I finally got some birth announcements made today!! I have to say I think they are pretty cute!! I had to take Cameron to the doctor today and I can't believe that he now weighs 9 lbs 11 oz! He is my little growing man. I wish they would have done how long he is but I guess I could really do that one myself.
I had a huge moment the yesterday where I felt like I really am getting the hang of this. Yes, I know I have probably spoiled my child and might hold him a little too much, but I figure he is going to be my only one so I might as well hold him as much as I can. But, he sleeps through the night for the most part, even though it is with me, but I am getting used to sleeping as much as I am, and we really travel well together also. I plan on starting to travel here soon...I have a couple of places I want to get to before I am off of maternity leave.
I did have kind of a bummer or at least a headache today. I have decided I don't like insurance companies or trying to deal with it. But hopefully I got the problem solved and everything will work out.
Tonight I get to go see Chaz play up here in Gallatin and I am excited about it. It is the first time Centennial has ever been in the playoffs and I am hoping they win!! Go Cougars...well at least until next year!!

Cameron's First Halloween....and my first blog
So, I have decided to do this blog thing because I really enjoy looking at my friend Ansley's so I thought maybe I would give it a go. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it. It will probably be easier because I have my son to write about so it should be fun!!
Well, Friday was Halloween and we had a pretty busy day. Justin came home from work and we took Cameron to see his great grandma, Mama Beryl, and show her his costume.

Needless to say she was completely thrilled with seeing him. We came home and I went to see Brandi's volleyball team win state and it was neat to see that Cameron would sleep through a whole gym full of people yelling at the top of their lungs. You would think if he could sleep through that he would sleep in his own bed...but not yet!! That night Cameron and I sat on our front porch and passed out candy. Mitch and Victoria came over and we kept a tally of how many trick-or-treaters we had. Approximately 48 came by...a good showing I thought!!

Tomorrow is the day we pick our new president...it should be interesting taking a 3 wk old child to try to vote, but I am going to do it. I am actually kind of excited about it. Wish me luck bearing the crowds...maybe it won't be too bad!!
